Client – Music Box Inspiring Voices, Leeds

Music Box Inspiring Voices are a community-based singing hub dedicated to inspiring and harmonising communities through music, performance, and creativity. Their work supports people of all ages and backgrounds, helping build confidence and connection through the power of song.

Project Background

Music Box IV approached us with an outdated website that no longer reflected the energy or impact of their work.

The website contained broken links, outdated visuals, and no clear space to showcase the depth of their programmes especially CUT MUSIC, a vital initiative supporting young people through rap, songwriting, and workshops tackling real-world challenges like violence, bullying, and future aspirations.

Their biggest need was a website that did justice to their incredible mission and helped them attract funding to keep their programmes running.

The Collaboration

We created a clean, vibrant new bespoke WordPress site that reflects the Music Box IV inclusive, empowering ethos. Key improvements included:

Fresh, accessible design aligned with their values.
Brand / visual refresh incorporating new colour palette (colors, typography, and imagery).
Easy-to-update structure for events, programmes, and testimonials.
Dedicated space to showcase CUT Music, with impactful messaging to encourage funder engagement.
A Blog page to keep their community updated and highlight success stories.
A powerful Inspiring Others page, designed to drive donations with embedded giving links and real-world impact stories.
Clear calls-to-action (CTA) to help users get involved, donate, or reach out.
On-Page SEO to ensure they gather momentum in organic search engines.

The Outcome

The new website feels true to Music Box’s spirit – confident, vibrant, creative, and community-first.

Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and they now have a strong digital platform to promote funding bids, showcase impact, and reach new audiences.
